DIRECTIONS

• From St Paul on I-94 W Use the right lane to take the 236 exit for MN-280
• From Minneapolis on I-94 E Use the left lane to take exit 236 for MN-280
• From Roseville on MN-280 S take the exit Territorial Rd/University Ave 
  Take a Left on Territorial and follow the directions starting on step 3

1. Keep right, follow signs for University Ave and merge onto Cromwell Ave.
   
2. Keep straight past University Ave and take a right onto Territorial Road.
3. At the Raymond Avenue stoplight take a left.
4. Continue straight just a quarter of a block to 856 Raymond.
