Repairs and Tech Support
We are experts at computer repair and technical support. Our support services are available remotely, onsite, and in shop.
Almost all services include a free estimate, and our services are billed at $165/hour plus parts.
Annual Unlimited Service Package
Our unlimited service package allows you unlimited remote and onsite technical support for your computer, printer, and phone. It also includes Microsoft Office, antivirus, and a backup system. The package is customized to your needs, but is generally available for $675/year
Proactive Semi-Annual Security Checkups
We proactively check in with our clients every six months to verify their computer are malware-free and online account passwords aren't compromised
Remote and Onsite Service
Remote services are available any time during our business hours of Monday-Friday 9-5 and Saturday 11-3.
Onsite services are scheduled at your convenience, typically within one business day.

For less technical support, seniors often go to their loved ones for help. We can make this easier by configuring easy and secure remote access to any computer.
This saves them the trip by allowing both people to see the screen and control the computer simultaneously.
